Brooklyn Eviction Defense and Rent Refusers Network have put out a statement against the recent evictions of an unhoused encampment at Tompkins Square Park. They have called a Rally this Friday, April 8th to demand an immediate end to the sweeps and real housing for every unhoused person in NYC.
