A new demonstration against Hollande’s Labor Reform took place. The Prefecture had banned scores of people (including a journalist) from attending the march. The police, in turn, ruthlessly cracked down protesters.

The first step was frisking bags and seizing protection items such as helmets and masks. Even paramedics with no political affiliation were frisked.

The second step: gas, grenades and other weapons used by police against protestors.

Aaron Bushnell, who self-immolated in protest of the genocide in Palestine.

Aaron Bushnell’s Cry of Despair in the Face of Genocide

The media and international community was profoundly affected by the self-immolation of U.S. soldier Aaron Bushnell in protest against the genocide in Gaza. His death and desperate act of protest starkly shows the cruelty and brutality of U.S. Imperialism and Zionism.
