Veterans Call on U.S. Troops to Refuse Border Deployment

The following letter by two U.S. veterans calls on active duty soldiers to refuse unlawful orders of policing the border with Mexico. With Trump’s threat of closing the U.S.-Mexico border completely and his authorization of deadly force against the migrant caravan, appeals to soldiers to question, organize and resist should be welcomed by all defenders of immigrant rights.
