CUNY Rank and File Push for Strike Authorization Vote After Mass Layoffs

PSC CUNY has filed a lawsuit in response to the university’s announcement that it is laying off over 2,800 adjunct faculty and staff. However, the only way to stop the layoffs is to prepare for a strike in the fall, and PSC members are calling on union leadership to mobilize for this action.
